Reputation Engine

Before a new customer ever calls, they read what your last customers said. The Reputation Engine works that whole cycle: every happy customer gets asked for a review, every review across your platforms gets watched, and every one gets a response drafted in your voice for you to approve. Built clean and compliant from the ground up: no fake reviews, no gating, nothing that puts your Google listing at risk.

What We Build

Asked. Watched. Answered.

Every Customer Asked

After the job's done, your customer automatically gets a friendly request to leave a review while the experience is still fresh. No chasing, no forgetting, no awkward asks. Steady requests are how a steady review stream gets built.

👀

Every Review Watched

New reviews across your platforms land in one place, so nothing sits unseen for weeks. A glowing five-star gets thanked, and a problem review gets flagged to you fast, because the response window matters most when the news is bad.

💬

Every Review Answered

Responses are drafted in your voice, the thank-yous and the tough ones alike, and you approve every word before it posts. Customers see a business that listens, and answered reviews become your best free advertising.

How It Works

The finished job becomes the next customer.

Job done, request sent The review comes in and gets seen Answered in your voice
Every response is drafted for you and approved by you. Nothing posts without your say.

Reviews are the front door: only 4% of consumers say they never read online business reviews, and just 7% say they don't expect businesses to respond to them. BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2025

What actually changes

9:10 AM

The ask you never had to make

You finish a job and mark it done. Your customer gets a friendly review request while the experience is still fresh, the moment they're most likely to say yes.

2:20 PM

The five-star, thanked properly

A new review lands. A warm, specific thank-you is already drafted in your voice. You read it, approve it, and it posts. The reviewer feels heard, and the next prospect sees a business that answers.

6:45 PM

The bad one you caught early

A frustrated customer leaves three stars. You're alerted before you'd ever have stumbled onto it, with a calm, honest response drafted: acknowledge, fix, take it offline. Handled well, a public complaint becomes public proof you make things right.

Next month

The listing that sells for you

Steady fresh reviews, every one answered. When the next customer compares you to the guy with a two-year-old rating and silent complaints, the choice makes itself.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this compliant? I've heard of businesses getting burned.

Clean from the ground up. That's the whole point. No fake reviews, no paying for stars, and no "gating," meaning only asking customers you know are happy. Those practices violate platform rules and federal consumer protection law. Every customer gets asked, and what they say is up to them. Review requests sent by text from a 10-digit business number are registered with mobile carriers through A2P 10DLC, with consent, sender identification, and opt-out language configured for the approved use case. We handle that registration for you. Legal requirements remain your responsibility and should be reviewed with qualified counsel when needed.

What happens when someone leaves a bad review?

You hear about it fast, and you respond well. That's the win available. Nobody can promise removal, and anyone who does should worry you. You get an immediate alert, a calm drafted response that acknowledges the problem and moves the fix offline, and final approval before anything posts. Prospects read bad reviews specifically to see how you handle them.

Do I have to write the responses?

No. They're drafted for you, in your voice. Thank-yous, answers, the delicate ones. You read each draft, tweak a word if you like, and approve. Nothing ever posts in your name without your sign-off.

What does it cost, and how is this different from Workflow Automations?

Scope and pricing are documented in writing before any work begins. Our Workflow Automations service sends the review request. The Reputation Engine adds the rest of the cycle: monitoring supported platforms, alerts, and responses drafted for your approval. Platform fees and ongoing support are explained in writing, and the free review will show you which one your business actually needs first.
